Turkey and Cranberry Pizza

In the lead up to Christmas the idea of having enough food that you don’t have to cook for days is so appealing – until someone says, “Let’s have pizza instead” Grab a pack of Cripps Pizza Bases and have them on hand to turn your Christmas leftovers into luxe pizzas to feed a crowd without leaving the house.

It’s a win all around.

Method: 

1. Heat your oven to 190° C
2. Lay the pizza bases out on trays.
3. Mix the cranberry sauce and bbq sauce together in a small bowl and then spread evenly over the bases.
4. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella over the top and scatter the rocket leaves over.
5. Tear the turkey into bite-sized pieces and cut the camembert into chunks.
6. Scatter them evenly over the top of the pizza and then finish off with slices of red onion.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes and top off with a grind of black pepper and some fresh chopped parsley.
