Ingredients

2 William’s Wraps
200 grams teriyaki tofu
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 carrot, sliced finely
1⁄2 red capsicum
2 tablespoons of kimchi

Instructions

This vegetarian wrap recipe is big on taste and is a beautiful blend of savoury and sweet. Either make your own teriyaki sauce or purchased a pre-marinated tofu from your local supermarket. It’s simple to make and so satisfying that it will keep your hunger wrapped up.

  1. Fry the tofu in a little olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Lay wraps out and place half the tofu on each.
  3. Add cucumber, carrots, capsicum, kimchi and lettuce.
  4. Roll wrap tightly and serve.
