Tsp Olive oil
1 Boneless Chicken breast fillet
William’s Wraps
Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp Tandoori paste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
Fresh herbs (parsley and mint)


  1. Slice chicken breast into thin strips. Heat oil over medium heat and add chicken. Cook till browned. Add tandoori paste and stir until chicken is cooked through, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Lay wrap on a board and fill with tandoori chicken. Spoon on yoghurt and add cucumber and herbs. Roll up and enjoy un-toasted or heat wrap in a hot pan for 1 minute each side or in a sandwich press.
