2 x 150 grams Sirloin or rump steak
1 onion, sliced thinly
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp brown sugar
Prepare steak to your preference and slice thinly. Melt butter over low heat and add sugar and onion, cooking for 5-7 minutes until golden. Place sliced cheese onto bread slice, add cooked steak slices, caramelized onion, tomato relish and iceberg lettuce. Top with another slice of bread.
