Made using the perfect mix of ingredients, including rye flour and rye meal, this bread has bold flavours, yet subtle sourness and because of the sourdough, is less dense than a straight ‘Dark Rye’.

Made in Tasmania from 95% Australian ingredients and crafted from locally milled Australian wheat flour.
