Fluffy Cripps Sourdough Crumpets are lightly toasted until the edges turn golden and crisp, then drenched in a warm, tangy orange sauce that bursts with citrus zing. A sprinkle of crunchy toasted almonds adds a nutty contrast, while a cool dollop of silky crème fraîche melts into every nook and cranny. It’s a quick, feel‑good treat that balances sweet, tart and creamy notes in every bite—perfect for finishing a meal or sneaking in a mid‑afternoon pick‑me‑up.
