Ingredients

William’s Wraps

1 Tbsp Oil
500 grams pork mince cup
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced ginger
1 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 green spring onions, thinly sliced
1 cup bean sprouts
Quarter cup chopped fresh coriander
1 carrot, grated

Instructions

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the garlic and ginger quickly for a minute or so. Add the pork mince and cook it until browned. Add the kecap manis, soy sauce and sesame oil and cook on med-high for about 5 minutes until it is deep brown and caramelised. Add the bean sprouts, grated carrot, coriander and spring onions and cook for another minute until just cooked tender.

For dinner – serve in lettuce cups.

For lunch – take a Cripps Original Wrap and lay some lettuce over it. Spoon your leftover San Choy Bow over the top and tightly roll. Wrap in cling wrap or baking paper and cut in half to pop in your lunch box. Note: You could wrap this in baking paper and reheat in a sandwich press or eat it cold.
