Cripps Pizza Bases
20 slices of Pepperoni
Fresh Basil
Freshly grated Mozzarella
Cracked Pepper
1 small bottle of pureed tomatoes
2 tablespoons of tomato paste

Instructions

This timeless pepperoni pizza is simple yet satisfying and is sure to bring smiles to the dining table. Savoury pepperoni, cheese which is bubbly and golden brown and delicious fresh basil is a flavour combination made for one another.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
  2. Spread each base with pureed tomato sauce and tomato paste, leaving a few centimeters around the edge
  3. Sprinkle a small amount of Mozzarella and chopped Basil
  4. Spread out the sliced Pepperoni across both bases and top with more Mozzarella and cracked pepper
  5. Cook for 15/20 minutes or until the top of the pizza is golden and the base is cooked.
