2 William’s Wraps
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup grated cabbage
1⁄4 cup chopped fresh coriander
1 cooked chicken breast, chopped or sliced

For the Peanut Sauce

1⁄8 cup honey
1⁄8 cup olive oil
1⁄8 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1⁄2 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut sauce ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, add the cabbage, carrots and coriander.
  3. Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir. Stand for 5 minutes
  4. Heat up the wraps in a sandwich press or warm dry pan.
  5. Divide the chicken and peanut vegetable mixture between each wrap.
  6. Roll tightly and serve.
