  • Olive Oil

Instructions

These mini wrap burgers are a fun and speedy twist on the classic hamburger — quick to cook, easy to build, and perfect for customising with your favourite fillings. Whether you’re feeding picky eaters or flavour seekers, everyone can stack theirs just the way they like!

Method:

  1. Add mince, onion, carrot, garlic, tomato paste, sauce and salt and pepper to a bowl and combine well.
  2. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a non-stick pan and heat to medium.
  3. Divide the mince into 8 balls and press onto 1 side of each wrap, leaving a small area on the outside of the wrap.
  4. Place the mince side own into the pan and cook for approx. 4 minutes until the mixture is golden. Using a flat spatula, slide under mince and lift out of the pan carefully. Repeat.
  5. Load each wrap with your desired fillings and enjoy straight away.
