8 William’s Wraps
3 eggs, beaten
1⁄4 cup milk of your choice
2 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch salt


1 cup of yoghurt
1⁄4 cup berry jam
2 cups fruit of your choice, crushed nuts and hemp hearts for serving (optional)


Imagine a delightful twist on classic French Toast. Made with wraps, this innovative take on a breakfast favourite starts with a soft wrap, soaked in a mixture of egg, cinnamon and milk. Topped off with the fruits and spreads of your choice, this delicious take on a classic is sure to impress.

  1. In a large shallow bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Grease a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat and add a tablespoon of butter.
  3. Dip the tortilla in the egg mixture, covering completely.
  4. Pan-fry on each side for 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Spread each wrap with jam, a dollop of yoghurt and fruit.
  6. Roll up and serve with more yoghurt, berries, crushed nuts and hemp hearts.
