Ingredients

2 Cripps Wraps
2 tsp olive oil

PLUS any one of the following combinations:

1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp sea salt
Zest of 1 lime

3 Tbsp freshly grated parmesan
1 tsp smoked paprika

2 Tbsp everything bagel mix

Instructions

Even better, you can have them made ready for crispy crunchy munching in under half an hour, without leaving the house.

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees and line two large baking trays.
  2. Lay the wraps out on a sheet of baking paper and drizzle them with olive oil.
  3. Use a pastry brush or your fingertips to evenly spread the oil over the surface of the wraps.
  4. Sprinkle them with half your flavourings, flip and repeat.
  5. Remove the roasted capsicum from the jar and drain on a paper towel.
  6. Cut the wraps into whatever shapes you like and lay them out on your baking trays.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes before turning and bake for another 5.
