Twin pack of Cripps Large Pizza bases
Rotisserie Chicken
200g Bacon
1/2 cup chopped parsley

Sauce:
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp minced garlic
200 grams onion and chives cream cheese
2 cups grated cheese

When you think of pizza, do you think cheesy?

Well this chicken alfredo pizza has the most incredible cheesy base, made with a quick cheats shortcut that makes life easy. Made with Cripps pizza bases, BBQ chicken and this easy sauce – the hardest part is cooking the bacon.

Method:

  1. Heat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Lay the pizza bases out on trays.
  3. Shred the chicken.
  4. Chop the bacon and cook in a pan until crispy.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a second pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add the cream cheese to the pan and melt over a medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce combines.
  7. Spread the cheese sauce over the pizza bases and top with half of the grated cheese.
  8. Add the chicken, the bacon and a sprinkle of parsley.
  9. Top with the remaining grated cheese.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until melty and golden.
  11. Top with the remaining chopped parsley.
