Twin pack of Cripps Large Pizza bases
4 Tbsp balsamic glaze
200g Brie
250g blackberries
1/4 cup basil leaves
Black pepper


Are you a savoury-sweet person? If not, you will be after you try this dessert pizza. Let me set the scene; you take rich and tangy balsamic glaze and pair it with rich and creamy Brie cheese. THEN you add sweet blackberries and pops of freshness from the basil, with a finishing touch of black pepper.

  1. Heat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the balsamic glaze over the two bases.
  3. Cut the Brie into small chunks and scatter over the top of the glaze.
  4. Take half of the blackberries and dot them around the cheese.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is gooey.
  6. Remove from the oven and place the remaining blackberries on top.
  7. Scatter the fresh basil leaves over and finish with a quick grind of black pepper.
