- 4 Cripps English Muffins
- 100 grams prosciutto
- 110 grams goat’s cheese
- 2 Tbsp honey
Why must muffins be relegated to boring, basic toppings like jam or vegemite Take your Cripps English Muffins and make them something really special by piling them high with luscious fresh figs, salty prosciutto and tangy goat’s cheese. Finish off with a drizzle of honey and serve these for a bougie brunch.
