• 500g minced beef
  • 1 small onion, very finely chopped
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 egg

Burger Sauce:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp gherkin relish
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika

We’ve got your back with these fabulous BBQ Beef Sliders. Juicy beef patties are topped with all the fixings of a big burger and then finished off with a sweet and smoky burger sauce, encased in our soft, buttery Brioche Slider Buns.


  1. Place all of the burger ingredients into a large bowl and use your hands to thoroughly combine. 
  2. Divide into 8 portions and shape into patties.
  3. Place burger patties on a lined tray and chill while you prepare the rest of your ingredients.
  4. Cook your burgers in your preferred fashion.**
  5. Make the burger sauce by placing all of the ingredients into a small bowl and whisking until well combined.
  6. Split your Brioche Slider Buns and lightly toast the cut surface.
  7. Serve burgers layered with fresh lettuce, tomato and red onion topped with a slice of cheese and a dollop of sauce to finish. 
  8. **You can cook the burger patties by baking them in the oven, in a pan or on the BBQ, or in an air-fryer. Just make sure the internal temp reaches 60 degrees. The sauce will keep in a jar in the fridge for upto a week.
