Cripps Fighting Salt Intake - Tuesday, May 17, 2011

Cripps has recently re-formulated all of its recipes to comply with the Federal Governments round table on salt reduction and has reduced all salt levels in its products to less than 400mg/100g.  This means that Cripps has reduced the salt intake by Tasmanians by approximately 11 tonnes per year.
