We will gladly provide a product refund if:

• The product is faulty through no fault of your own
• Don’t match the description of order 

Refunds will not be given if you change your mind about the order.

Shipping delays

In the event of a shipping delay due to the out of stock of items being ordered, Cripps Nubake will pay for the freight of the missing items once stock becomes available.
