What do they like:

  • Pathogens require time, correct temperature and water to grow
  • The Danger temperature for the growth of pathogens is between 5 to 60 degrees Celsius
  • What is the inside temperature of your fridge at home? Less than 5 degrees Celsius? If not, they may be growing in your home
  • When you cook dinner, does the food reach a temperature of over 60 degrees?
